Situated on a beautifully treed 50-acre property, Autumnwood Motel & RV Resort is a mere walk to the sandy shores of Lake Winnipeg and the shops of downtown Gimli. The Motel is open year round, and features a combination of Standard Rooms and Jet Tub suites. Our 200+ site RV Park is open to Seasonal Clients from May long weekend until the end of September (*no overnight camping).

PET-FREE
Although we welcome most humans, pets can cause allergies and unrestful nights for some guests. Our facility has a strict pet-free policy. Unless it's your rubber duckie. They're cool with us.
COFFEE AND OTHER PERKS
All rooms have a small coffee maker, as well as a microwave and small fridge. Some suites offer a 2-burner Kitchenette, which require your own supplies (not stocked). The Kitchenettes are limited in availability, so as to help out some of our construction guests, as well as seasonal ice-fishing clients, etc.
HOUSEKEEPING REQUESTS
We’re happy to provide our guests with a restful stay. That’s why our Front Desk and amenities, are available. Post covid, our practices have changed to better serve our guests in housekeeping. Stays longer than 3 nights will include changeover service. Should you require amenities for a shorter stay, simply swing by the office and we will help accommodate your room needs.
